Northern Lakes College offers a series of free one-week courses that provide a short introduction to a number of specific career focus areas. The first online offering will focus on TRADES and will provide individuals with important information for career and education planning. Participants are introduced to the necessary aptitudes, skills, knowledge and tools needed to work in skilled trades such as electrical, carpentry, welding and more. They will also learn about the educational requirements for specific trades, how to access the training, and what the training entails.
